1. Program

Program name: Nick's Assistant.
Operated by: Nicholas (Nick) Rigali, an individual (sole proprietor) in Davis, California.
Sending number: +1 (530) 729-1715.

This is a private program for Nick Rigali and invited family members who have opted in. It is not open to the public and does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Types of messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Nick’s Assistant, which may include:

• Replies to requests and questions you send to the assistant;
• Calendar events (new, changed, or cancelled events and appointments);
• Reminders about upcoming events, appointments, and tasks;
• Errand and household logistics updates (for example, deliveries, appointments, home services, and household arrangements); and
• Status updates about tasks the assistant is handling for you.

3. How to opt in

You can opt in by (a) texting START or YES to +1 (530) 729-1715, (b) giving Nick verbal or written consent, or (c) checking the optional SMS consent box on the sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests and calendar activity.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Nick Rigali does not charge for this program.

6. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message (UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, and STOPALL also work). You will receive one final message from Nick’s Assistant confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, text START to +1 (530) 729-1715.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
